Crust

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers

Filling

  • 4 - 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 t. vanilla

Topping

  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • ½ c. sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla

Directions

Add cracker crumbs to melted butter and press into a 9" x 13" glass pan. Blend cream cheese and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Beat 4 minutes at high speed. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350º. Take out for 10 minutes and raise temp. to 400º. Mix topping ingredients, pour on top and bake 10 minutes longer. (Recipe may be cut in half for smaller than 9" x 13".)
